  • Product description: Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator can control Oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration in cell culture, simulating physiological hypoxia in vivo, pathological state of organism in specific hypoxic state.

Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator

Oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide concentration in cell culture can be controlled by Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator, also known as cell hypoxia experiment system. Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator can be used to simulate physiological hypoxia in vivo, so that in vitro research, the results are closer to the real level in vivo. It can also be used to simulate the pathological state of organisms in specific hypoxic state, to study related pathological and physiological mechanisms and hypoxia diseases.

Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator consists of a gas controller and a portable cell hypoxic chamber. During the application, the cell hypoxic chamber is put into a conventional experimental incubator to maintain a constant temperature. The oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide concentration in the cell hypoxic chamber could be controlled by an external controller.The cell chamber has a built-in water tray to maintain the necessary humidity for cell culture. Therefore, Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator is an ideal solution to upgrade an existing conventional incubator with additional low oxygen concentration control function economically.

Comprehensive monitoring function

Ox-100C Tri-Gas Incubator are capable of monitoring the following comprehensive indicators, including temperature, humidity, oxygen, carbon dioxide sensors related data, and can be retrieved using computer.

Precise Control

Closed-loop feedback control: the system monitors the environment in the low-oxygen chamber in real time to acquire real-time feedback control, which in turn improves the accuracy of the experimental low-oxygen data and avoids the inconsistency between the controlled concentration output and the concentration in the low-oxygen chamber.

O2 concentration control range: 0.1-20%, Control Precision:0.1%

CO2 concentration control range: 0-20%, Control Precision: 0.1%

OX-100C with higher accuracy is recommended for sole hypoxic experiments. For high oxygen experiments, OX-100CHE with oxygen control range of 0.1-100% is recommended.

User-friendly Design

All settings are controlled by the touch screen of the host computer with user-friendly design and ease of operation.

The system can simultaneously control 3 hypoxic chambers and conduct parallel control experiments with different concentrations.

Note: Conventional Incubator and gas cylinders are to be purchased separately.
