AER animal nebulized drug delivery system is often used for animal model establishment and sensitization research. The system can atomize and disperse liquid medicines into inhalable aerosols. Animals are exposed to an experimental chamber with a predetermined time and a certain concentration of a certain gas to complete the process of sensitization and excitation, and realize the establishment of animal models; it can also be used as systemic exposure. System for systemic exposure inhalation experiments in animals.


The high-frequency oscillation technology of microporous sieve is used in drug atomization, which replaces the traditional ultrasonic atomization and air jet atomization. There are thousands of precise micropores in the center of the atomization head. During atomization, the microporous sieve ejects the liquid medicine in the form of aerosol through high-frequency vibration. Aerosols have a particle size of 1-5 microns and can effectively enter the alveoli and are droplets that facilitate deep lung deposition.


The system is mainly composed of controller, atomization chamber and exhaust gas filter. The atomization controller adopts LCD touch screen, user-friendly interface, easy to operate; it has the function of atomization rate control; the ventilation rate can be set to provide fresh air for the experimental chamber.
